1:ORDERS
Orders of stock sculptures will be dispatched within 3-5 days of recipt of order. some of the larger sculptures are made to order,so could take up to 15 working days and are dispatched on a next working day tracked delivery to your address of choice
specialist commissions are done on a case by case enquiry,please email for details.
2:COMMISSIONS
We are happy to take on a range of bespoke commissions, on request we can add new items to the stock list, or personalise pieces with colour preferences, detailing, ( scale depending on some pieces, please enquire)
3:ACCURECY
Scientific accuracy is what we aim for, producing most of the pieces in real 1:1 scale, this allows for scale consistency throughout the collection.
Colour references are either based on contemporary scientific geochemical evidence, or inspired by the colouration/ patternation of extant fauna of a similar clade
Whenever possible when there is a life-cast example of a fossil, sculpted detail will be built onto the fossil matrix or skeletal remains itself, thus producing real accuracy in ultra realistic scale.
4:RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your goods and wish to return the product please do so within a week of purchasing or receipt of goods and email us proof of dispatch or tracking number.
We can however not accept returns of broken or damaged goods if your product is damaged upon reviving it please get in touch straight away and we will attempt to rectify the situation with you alternatively if it is an old product that was purchase a while ago and display then subsequently damaged please get in touch and we can see if we can repair it there is usually a postage and repair fee associated with this.
